Build a winning mindset in sport and life
How I work
I work with my clients to help them live better and perform better. We work together to create clarity, confidence and capability so they move forward in life and sport. This means creating compelling goals and building winning mindsets. It means levelling-up.
I use a variety of coaching tools to find the right solution for you. Unlike therapy which explores the past, coaching focuses on your future, building achievable goals and make lasting and transformational changes.
Your mind is a powerful tool and working with me you can develop the vision, skills and mindset you need to reach your potential and live a fulfilling life.
Sessions & Pricing
The number of sessions you will need will depend on your desired outcome. I am solutions-focused and want you to get results as fast as possible but unlike many coaches who offer fixed packages I prefer to be led by my clients progress.
Your first session is really important and lasts around 90 minutes. This is where we do a deep dive and explore what you want to achieve, identify any barriers, agree the best way forward and lay some groundwork. One size doesn’t fit all; different approaches will be required for different people and what they want. It is this initial session where we work out the roadmap that best suits you to get you to be who you want to be and where you want to be.
Subsequent sessions last one hour.
Sessions will take place in my garden ‘pod’ which offers a peaceful, private, relaxing space but virtual coaching is an option.
The first session costs £65. Subsequent sessions are £50
Workshops and group coaching
While individual one-to-one sessions are more effective and targeted to specific, personal aims, The Mind Coach offers workshops and group coaching as an effective way to
introduce you to the benefits of coaching, gain insights and skills and enjoy shared learning. Follow on Instagram and Facebook for details of upcoming workshops.
If your group/team/club is interested in hosting a workshop please do contact me.
